Arista 7160-48TC6 is a high-density fixed-configuration data center switch designed for flexible 1G, 10G, 25G, 40G, 50G and 100G network deployments. It provides 48 x 10GBASE-T RJ45 ports for easy migration from 1000Mb to 1G and 10G environments, together with 6 x 100G QSFP ports for high-speed uplinks, aggregation or breakout connectivity.

Arista 7160-48TC6 delivers up to 2.16 Tbps wire-speed performance and includes a 24MB fully shared packet buffer dynamically allocated across all ports. The 6 QSFP ports support flexible choices including 6 x 100GbE, 24 x 25GbE, 6 x 40GbE or 24 x 10GbE depending on optics, cables and EOS configuration. The Arista 7160 Series incorporates an advanced traffic manager with Active Queue Management features such as WRED, DCTCP and ECN, helping support bursty applications, mixed-speed traffic, congestion control and lossless storage traffic.
