Warranty and Return Policy

This Warranty and Return Policy explains the general warranty, return, and after-sales support process for telecom equipment supplied by Shenghuan Telecom Equipment.
Warranty Coverage
- Warranty coverage applies to confirmed manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use conditions.
- The warranty period should be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, or written sales communication.
- Accessories, consumables, batteries, cables, or used/refurbished products may have different warranty conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage, liquid damage, overheating, lightning strike, power surge, or environmental damage.
- Incorrect installation, incompatible configuration, unauthorized modification, or improper maintenance.
- Damage caused during transport after delivery acceptance, unless covered by an approved logistics claim.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects that do not affect function, or missing original labels.
Return Requirements
- Contact us with order details, product model, serial number if available, photos, videos, and fault description.
- Do not return products without written return authorization or confirmed return instructions.
- Returned products should be properly packed to avoid additional damage during transit.
- Unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused or delayed.
Inspection and Resolution
- If the issue is confirmed under warranty, repair, replacement, or other agreed resolution may be provided.
- If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty coverage, service fees, testing fees, or return freight may apply.
- Resolution time depends on product type, test requirements, parts availability, and supplier response.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, configured, special-order, or project-specific products.
- Opened software, licenses, activation keys, or digital authorization items.
- Products damaged by misuse, unauthorized repair, or improper installation.
- Items returned after the approved return period or without required documentation.
Return Shipping
- For approved returns, Shenghuan Telecom will cover the standard return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Return shipping must be arranged according to our confirmed return authorization instructions.
- The buyer remains responsible for any additional costs caused by unauthorized shipment methods, incomplete documentation, customs issues, or improper packaging.
- We recommend using trackable shipping and adequate packaging for all returns.
