This Shipping Policy explains how Shenghuan Telecom Equipment handles shipping arrangements for telecom equipment orders.
Shipping Methods
- Express courier services may be used for small parts, accessories, modules, and urgent shipments.
- Air freight may be arranged for time-sensitive commercial orders or medium-sized equipment shipments.
- Sea freight may be recommended for larger, heavier, or bulk telecom equipment orders.
- Customer-appointed freight forwarders can be used when agreed before shipment.
Processing Time
- In-stock items are generally prepared faster, subject to final quality check and packing.
- Non-stock or project-based items may require additional procurement or production lead time.
- Estimated lead times are provided during quotation and may change due to supplier or logistics conditions.
Shipping Costs
- Freight charges may be quoted separately from product pricing unless otherwise stated.
- Remote area fees, fuel surcharges, customs brokerage fees, and special handling fees may apply.
- Final shipping cost is confirmed before shipment when package details are available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed.
- We can provide commercial invoices and packing lists based on confirmed order details.
- Customs delays are outside our direct control and may affect delivery schedules.
Delivery and Risk
- Tracking information will be provided when available from the carrier or freight forwarder.
- Customers should inspect packages upon arrival and report visible damage as soon as possible.
- For freight shipments, delivery acceptance records and photos may be required for claims.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain batteries, power units, radio-related products, or oversized equipment may require special handling.
- Shipping to restricted regions or sanctioned destinations may not be available.
