Returns & Warranty Policy

This page explains our return and warranty terms for pre-owned / refurbished telecom equipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

1 Product Condition

  • Most items are pre-owned and/or refurbished unless stated otherwise.
  • Minor cosmetic wear may exist (scratches, label marks, signs of prior installation). This does not affect functionality.
  • Photos on product pages are for reference unless explicitly stated as "actual photos".

2 DOA (Dead on Arrival) — 14 Days

If an item is defective on arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Information required

  • Order number
  • Part number (PN) / model
  • Serial number (SN) photo
  • Installation/environment photo (showing how it was connected)
  • Fault description
  • Supporting evidence (video, screenshots, test logs, console output, etc.)

3 Warranty — 90 Days

We provide a 90-day functional warranty under normal use, starting from the delivery date.

  • Warranty covers functional failures under normal operating conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, liquid exposure, fire, lightning, power surge, or unauthorized repair/modification.
  • Compatibility issues (firmware/software incompatibility, unsupported configurations, or vendor lock restrictions) are not considered functional defects unless explicitly promised in writing.

4 RMA (Return Authorization) Process

  1. Contact us with the required information and evidence.
  2. We troubleshoot and confirm eligibility.
  3. If approved, we issue an RMA number and return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back with the RMA clearly shown on the package (as instructed).
  5. After receiving and checking the item, we proceed with replacement, repair, or refund (depending on case and stock availability).
Important: Please do not return any item without RMA approval. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

5 Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For confirmed DOA/warranty cases, we cover return shipping and reshipping costs, including duties/taxes/customs clearance charges, up to USD 500 per case.

  • Coverage applies only after the case is confirmed eligible (DOA/warranty).
  • Any cost beyond USD 500 per case must be approved in writing before shipping.
  • Please keep shipping receipts and tracking information.

6 Non-Returnable / Special Cases

  • Items sold "as-is", "for parts", "no returns", or otherwise explicitly marked as non-returnable.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or physical damage after delivery.
  • Items with removed/altered serial numbers, labels, or tamper evidence (if applicable).

7 Refunds

  • Refund timing depends on the payment method and the outcome of inspection (if return is required).
  • Refunds are typically processed after the returned item is received and verified.
