QC Checklist (Pre-shipment)
- Model/PN confirmation: chassis, subracks, cards, optics (if applicable)
- Serial number record: photos or list per unit/card
- Power-on test: PSU status, fans, basic hardware health
- Inventory verification: shelf/card/port presence and recognition in NMS/CLI
- Alarm check: major/critical alarms reviewed and recorded
- Port status check: admin/oper status, link up (when test conditions allow)
- Software/firmware info: version record (when accessible)
- Packaging check: accessories, labels, protective packing, outer carton status
Note: Specific steps depend on platform type (OTN/DWDM/Router/Switch), licensing, and available lab environment.

Do you provide full functional testing?
We focus on pre-shipment inspection and availability checks (power-on, inventory, alarms, status verification). Full field functional testing may require a customer-specific network environment and licenses.
Can you test specific ports / optics?
Yes, when lab conditions allow. Tell us your required interface type, speed, and expected link state.
How do I request QC materials?
Send us the model/part number and serial number (if available), plus your required screenshots/photos.
